I am a seasoned second generation Asian American psychologist of Chinese descent who has practiced in the Denver metro area for over 30 years in local colleges, mental health centers, private offices and high schools. As of January 2024, I have opened a psychological practice to work with adolescents and adults in telehealth psychotherapy. Since Asian Americans are the fastest growing ethnic group in the nation, but the least likely to access therapy when they suffer from mental health problems, I have devoted my private practice to working with AANHPI individuals who are in need.
